General
If you're looking to add an extra dimension to your drum kit or percussive setup, then the 14 inch by 3 inch Metalworks Effect Series from Tama will do it. This shallow steel snare uses the Tama-developed Mod-Tone system so it can be set to on or off by twisting the side fitted knob. The snare wire tension is also adjustable, and since all Metalworks Effect Series drums don't come fitted with resonant heads, the wires have been fitted beneath the batter head. The 1mm-thick steel shell has been kitted out with a 6-hole triple-flanged tension hoop and comes including an MC69 single-tom mount.
